I am reporting regarding procedures billed and NOT performed, and services NOT provided. In regards to this complaint: this is not my word against Dr. Lara Devgan's. This is my face and well-being against Dr. Lara Devgan's office.
The office of Dr. Devgan oversold, overcharged, and underperformed. The pictures taken by the office provide the perfect proof for my case. They claim I received 11 syringes of fillers and 100 units of Botox, totaling in more than $ 30,000.00
I was willing to accept the situation as human error by Dr. Lara Devgan’s office staff. To my dismay, Dr. Lara Devgan signed the enclosed document listing the procedures, quantities of syringes and units of Neuromodulator she claims I received. This is a complete scam, and I am the victim of this scam. Dr. Lara Devgan did not spend more than 15 minutes with me. The audacity of overbilling is ludicrous at best.
These ruthless overcharging/fraudulent charges, in my opinion, are not only unethical, but criminal. In addition, Dr. Lara Devgan has also released my pictures to a third party without my consent.
