Dudes Boutique "SCAMMERS" I Placed a $394.00 Order & Received "NOTHING" PA Philadelphia,

I placed a $394.00 order for a pair of  Mauri M770 "Cherry" Genuine Baby Crocodile / Nappa / Patent Leather Sneakers - WINE / 9 on October 14th... I paid $44.00 extra for expedited shipping and still to this date have not recieved anything. I actually called several times and was told several times that they was going to return my money but never did. I filed a claim through PayPal since the purchase was made through PayPal but the claim was denied do to the fact That these SCAMMERS provided PayPal a "FAKE" tracking # 92108901755477000021657093 USPS which is a tracking # that says some one else name, & was picked up at USPS by some one who clearly not me.

My tracking # 39395 as clearly stated on the reciept can be tracked by visiting their website http://dudesboutique.com clicking on track order & placing my order # in and it "CLEARLY" says order has not shipped, as well as the fact that "why would my order be picked up at the post office when I clearly provided a shipping address.

The fact that they told me on the phone they was sending my money back and at the same time prividing PayPal with the Fake USPS tracking # show's that it was the sole intent to commit Theft By Deception
