After spending hours there to purchase a car for the price listed on Car Gurus, the final bill came with an extra 2K charge for "add ons." BIGGEST SCAM. If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely the worst place. All the reviews about this place are true. AVOID IT AT ALL COST. We bought our car from them 5 years ago. I've been having a lot of issues. I decided to go to a mechanic who was honest and told me to check with the dealer and see if I have a warranty since it was only 82000 miles. I called them but kept getting transferred. A lady named Linda finally answered. I gave her my VIN number who told me I had power train warranty and that the stuff mechanic said should cover under warranty and that they would have to do a diagnostic.

I asked her if they would charge me for the she said she'll take care of it. I asked her name and she said it was Linda. I drove my car to JEEP only to find out they don't know who Linda is. They asked me who Linda was. I asked for the manager who said she doesn't know anyone named Linda and left. I showed her my phone and how I called their number and spoke to someone for 6 minutes to show proof. When I tried to call that number back they said they don't know anyone named Linda and didn't pick up the phone again. Doug told me he doesn't Linda but he can do a diagnostic which would cost $159 if my warranty doesn't cover what was wrong with the vehicle. I am assuming it was their trick to try to get me to go to their sketchy scam place to extract money from me.

I am no fool to fall into their cheap, lying, con, scam tactics. Please avoid this place at all costs. Their system is faulty and the manager won't even apologize for their crappy system. She didn't even acknowledge or say that she would look into the incident further. She is not fit to be a manager. I can now see why the place was so empty. It's bc of the fact that they are the biggest scams no one goes to them. On top of of it all they have rude, condescending and disrespectful staff.
