Durrand is a politiclaly motivated hire by walmart to show political correctness and wokeness  but Walmart obviosly didn't screen or backround check Durand Lardge and find his legal issues such as weaponizing restraining orders, lawsuts and his prior drug related arrest all  that can be found online by anyone. During my time working under Durrand his hatred for others such as hatred people of other races and bacrounds was apparent. i and several other workers left walmart because of durrnads mistreatment of other races like hispanic people. Exzmples are  giving unfair workloads to people he didn't like- like hispanics.

Unfair and false write-ups trying to force resignations. threats. verbal and emotional abuse in the workplace. as expected this fell on deaf ears when reported to walmart upper managment. Durrand D Lardge is a maniplulative person and will make your life a living hell in the workplace. all while he boasted about being headed for a 200k walmart UPPER managment positon.   this is what happens when corporations hire based on woke politics.
