I had to wait 30 minutes in line all the way through to the very end to the check out. I was behind someone who had 7 kids, so he had a big order. I was patient enough to wait till he was served with his order. Before he was done being serverd, and Uber-Eats person comes right in before me and rather than the server providing me my meal and her finishing my payment, she went ahead and took care of the Ube-Eats deliverer - which had me wait another 5 minutes!!! - WTF!!!!
How F**K*NG RUDE was that!!!!
To top it all off, I was charged a gratuity of over 2 and half dollars!!!! Since when do fast-food restaurants had the audocity to automatically charge you F**K*NG gratuity!!!! I don't see Chipotle Mexican Grill, Pollo Tropical, or Fresh Kitchen charging anyone gratuity. In fact, I should've gone to one of these restaurants instead!!!
I had ordered what they call "OX TAIL" - small - and it was NOT worth OVER $19 !!!! WTF!!!! It was nothing but bones and fat!!!
I will never again go to this restaurant!!! What a waste of my money!!!
In fact, I would really like my money back!!!
