I hired this company to do a remodel on my bathroom and bar. I Paid him deposits in the amount of $6200. The Contractor abandoned the job with the bathroom approximately halfway complete and no work done on the bar. Upon inspection by the Arizona registrar of contractors he was notified that he had until July 2 to complete all work. At that point he returned and completed most of the bathroom.

He then texted me and told me that he would not do any more of the work until I paid him more money. I told the contractor that I would pay him the balance of all remaining funds when all the work was complete. He hasn't been back since. Arizona registrar of contractors has issued a citation and scheduled a court date for the end of September.
