4/27/2021 Ordered free samples w/paid shipping. 4/27/2021 Canceled any new orders. 5/14/2021 canceled any new orders again. 5/27/2021 Received email confirmation of 4 cancellations.

5/3/2021 Received free samples from merchants fullment provider.

5/17/2021 Two new charges made to my debit card for products never ordered and never received.

5/18/2021 Filed dispute with debit card bank. 6/7/2021 Dispute was denied because merchant submitted false information to bank. Bank advised to contact merchant and request refund. 6/7/2021 Attempted to contact merchant through merchant's toll free number but call could not be completed due to merchant blocking my number. 6/7/2021 Contacted merchant's customer service from cellphone that was not blocked by merchant. Service person on phone had extremely heavy accent was impossible to fully understand. Service person flatly and rudely refused any refund giving different false reasons.

6/10/2021 Finally received information from bank pertaining to chargeback denial. After reviewing the information I found several discrepancies that the bank should have seen if they had reviewed all the information provided buy the merchant.

1 - Merchant did not provide the cancellation emails.

2 - Merchant stated orders were placed on the same day of second cancellations.

3 - Merchant billed my account 3 days after said cancellations.

4 - Merchant provided proof of delivery of second order using USPS Tracking information for the free samples. USPS Tracking information provided by merchant is clearly dated 11 days PRIOR to the fictious order.

5 - Merchant provided website information for products never ordered and not remotely close to the FREE samples ordered. Merchants website the FREE samples were ordered from is no longer operational.

6/10/2021 Requested bank review documents again. Sill waiting for response from bank.
