A bait and switch job and ZERO service. They would order exactly the vehicle you want and guaranteed a few days before you receive it they will tell you the manufacturer has not got enough parts and you only have other options. Once I received the vehicle I’ve had problems with it and they have simply ignored me. The seatbelt does not work properly (SAFETY), roof is extremely squeaky and the sound system does not work. Please keep in mind this cart costs 22K.
After multiple attempts emails phone calls and everything I could possibly think of absolute silence. Their one associate “Will” just gives you the run around and the only way Amy (Owner) will call you back if is you threaten to give a bad review, Oh she also offer me $250 not to write these reviews. What a joke, do not buy from these people. There are many other vendors who can buy these vehicles from. I called Orange County Monster Cars and they had a tech at my house the next day, crazy. Happy to answer questions.
