East of Chicago South Amherst, OH This has got to be the worst experience ever. I was double charged for something that was THEIR fault i.e. bone in wings vs boneless wings because the person that took the order didnt listen.
We always order boneless wings because I cannot eat bone in wings. We have had this trouble before but decided to give them another chance. They told me that since the bone in wings were already done, that I HAD to take them. I told them i know what I ordered and I wanted boneless wings.
They made the boneless wings but they charged me for both orders of wings. When I called she said it was YOUR mistake and we are not taking off the charge. Do NOT order from East of Chicago South Amherst... they dont listen to orders and when they make the wrong thing they blame you and say you didnt order correctly.
I am on Social Security and I need that $15 to get me thru the month. Nice to know East of Chicago doesnt care about their older customers. I will tell everyone I know about their crappy service and about how dang rude that manager and the employees are.
I can buy pizza somewhere else even tho I have always been a fan of East of Chicago but no more. They need to send their managers and employees to a customer service training session I have never in my life been treated that way. Im pissed. AMHERST, OH

No, You Can't Have a Pizza - Seriously

Unbelievable. Here's what you said: I am on Social Security and I need that $15 to get me thru the month. So this is simple. If the difference between getting through the month and not is $15, then no, you can't afford the pizza. You also can't really afford to eat out either if $30 is the difference between making it through the month, or not simply because life happens.
I'm sure the restaurant doesn't need your business if $15 bankrupts you for the month. If they read this, then they know they should not serve you in the future.

If you are on SS then what is the reason you are eating out?? Most people on SS don't have the luxury of eating out much less affording internet services.
You need that 15 dollars then I suggest you use your money to buy groceries and COOK your meals and be grateful you have SS to help with expenses when there are so many who are homeless and would be grateful for food and shelter.
