East To West Commodity LLC Phung lied, cheated and stole over $500+ worth of surplus items Houston Texas

On 2/18/20, Mr. Phung 408-324-6324 came to our store to buy surplus items. His total purchase was for $140.00 which is $100 for a pallet of brand new hydraulic hoses, $20.00 for a small box of misc nuts and bolts and he gave a $20.00 tip/bribe for "helping him get great prices" (his words). I then told our warehouse manager that he paid for the hoses and the small box of bolts and asked him to help him load up. I went back inside to my office. After customer left, our warehouse manager sends me pics of what sold and left, to remove from our ads.

I then saw items that were not paid for; 1 whole pallet of about 40+ pcs of new big 10-12 inch blue bolts and 3 pcs of brand new stainless steel high pressure Hydac hydraulic filter products all worth over $500+. He already got a very good deal on the pallet of brand new hydraulic hoses.

He lied and manipulated my warehouse manager into thinking these items were paid for so our warehouse manager helped him load the items not paid for (unaware of the truth). Mr. Phung never mentioned these items while working on his purchase. I would of gave him prices that he wouldn't agree with so he decided to steal them instead. He had a plan on stealing them all along. He knew what he was doing. He saw our weakness and took advantage of the situation.

I immediately texted Phung to let him know that I knew he stole items and I was very upset. I have texts of him admitting that these items weren't paid for. I asked him to return items and he hasn't. I'm in the process of doing a police report.

I don't want Phung to lie and steal from us again or anyone else or business. He's not welcomed at our store ever again! His loss because we have the best prices in town.

Mr. Phung is a very good manipulator and shouldn't be trusted. He placed unpaid for items in his pockets and asked to remind him to pay for them later. Who does that in business. He was friendly only to stab you in the back by lying and stealing. He only cares about himself and will lie, cheat and steal from you!
