ebay help center Rickey they told me to by more ebay gift cards to get my money back. calf

Jan 4 bought 2 ebay gift cards did not work. Called ebay help center they told me to by 2 more gift cards amont of 200.00 then they could refund my money . that did not work while i was on the phone with rickey of ebay help center he told me to by gogel play cards in the amount of 400.00 to refund my money. that did not work .

He told me to by more google gift cards then all my money would be in my cheeking acount 1 -2 bussines days that did not work i told him to send me ack in the mail he said that was not com policey. so i finaly cut my losses and  i have not heard from any ebay people on this matter trying to get through to them is imposobile. Any help you can give me would be greatly aprec . thank you. Danielmielnik.
