 Sorry for the typos in my reply. I hope its understandable. I want to point out that when a product has "authencity guaranteed" then there is no money back guarantee. I know that doesnt make sense but if you read their money back guarantee youll see authencity guaranteed is no longer money back guaranteed!! A product that is bought through a seller that doesnt accept returns is considered "final sale" so thats no longer guaranteed even if it says "no returns but this product is covered by ebays money back guarantee" thats a lie because no returns is a "final sale" which is not covered!! Item returned for any other reason than "doesnt match the description" is not covered. Only time theres a guarantee is if seller accepts returns so its through the seller.

Theres no "step in button" your return request wont be shown in the Resolution Center under returns. Theres no customer service email or working phone number. Paypal sides with merchants also, if you try to file a claim you cant attach a picture (with paypal) . Go ahead talk to the chatbot if youre wondering about the step in button not being available, chances are it will tell you its not covered by ebays money back guarantee. Whats up with the news about ebay employees stalking critics, sending live roaches, and pig masks and *weird porn items (to your neighbors under your name)? Ebay is worse than amazon, it sets the bar really low. Shop at the real stores, you know in real life.

 I wholeheartedly agree. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. We are told that if a seller doesnt accept returns its covered by "Ebays money back garuntee" thats not true. A no returns accepted sale is considered "Final Sale" The money back garuntee only covers The item that the buyer purchased either: "Is not received, or Isn't as described in the listing" So it has to be Isnt as described and -no other reason' BUT if it has Ebay "Authencity guarantee" then you cant use that reason either. So when you try to start a case it says it gives seller 3 days to respond then you can ask Ebay to step in, theres no step in button even after 4 or 5 days.

If you use the chatbot it will tell you you arent covered by Ebays money back guarantee. If you think at least I can leave a neg review to warn people, think again, becauae ebay will remove a negative rating for a seller, so scammers will have high ratings. I cant tell you how many times I got ripped off and my only recourse, to leave a neg review, doesnt exust either because ebay will remove them. Sellers complain Ebay sides with buyers, this is a lie, Ebay sides with scammer sellers and scammers in general. If a seller actually has negative ratings..that arent removed, they are probably an honest seller, that just has sucky shipping and products, if the seller has good ratings, theres a chance theyve sell broken stuff or things they know dont work and have been removing their neg ratings.

Theres a loop system in help...where if youre trying to find a way to ask them to step in they will bring you around in a circle theres no step in option even after the allocated time. At best you could go through this crazy look system and finally find a way for ebay to call you and get a phone system...and at best youll get a shipping label you need to print out..so must have access to a printer or too bad..and send item back to non responsive seller. Alternatively you couod try the paypal route but getting your money back from the bank itself is easier than getting it back from paypal because paypal sides with merchant too.

You will be scammed and lose your money over and over again on Ebay. Avoid this site. Scammers paradise. There are good sellers who are selling for under the product value and getting 50 cents or less per sale sure, but do you want to support that? To make a sale on ebay..well theres always idiots selling for under the product value, you will never get a fair price, because someone is selling a ring like yours or earrings for dirt cheap and theres no profit. Theres so much China exploitation. You can filter China out but theyre located in USA also. So good sellers are making nothing probably getting ripped off too cuz ebay sides with scammers, but scammer sellers are making a great living. A video game system that doesnt work, a pan flute the size of your palm which looks full size in photos, that doesnt make music when you blow into it, a miniture expresso pot that looks bigger in photo, given wrong dimensions in description, jewelry not really gold silver or diamonds.

Shoes or a dress a size too big. Being sent nothing in a box except a brick. Dont have a printer or access to one? Too bad for you! The only time Ebay offers money back guarantee is when they dont have to pay, its when sellers accept returns, so its the seller who sends shipping label.
