Eco ez riders Robert Solana and his employee Scammed me for $100 Woodlands Texas

I needed to rent 2 mountain bikes and a rack. He asked me to paypal ahead then come pick up from the world market on hughes landing down the street from his business which is on the sidewalk/curb. There was no storefront. There was no delivery. The bicycles were mangled, wrong sizes, and unrideable. When i asked for my money back he simply said no. I nearly lost my mind. I reported him to google reviews, bbb, crime stoppers, police- but nothing.. these dudes really are something else.

They are crooks. They are criminals. They stink. They are weird as fu*k and this is totally unfair. Who are these people ? Why do they get to get away with this. I recently started talking so mich s**t to these dudes because this incident happened a year ago and nobody did anything about it. These people could be rapists, murderers, etc you name it. Nobody is helping me
