EcoShield Twin Cities East Deceptive Sales Practices Oakdale Minnesota

My wife and I were approached by a sales person who stated he was the owner EcoShield Twin Cities East. He identified himself as Shade Kerr. He then proceeded to pitch his services, which included the abitlity to "cancel at any time if you are not happy." We signed up on an iphone in our front yard. From there, we got no service that did any good. They would walk around and quickly spray all over the exterior of the house and leave. It took five minutes and there was no decrease in any pests at all. They did not do the interior. They set no traps. They did nothing, as promised. After a month I tried to cancel. Mr Shade Kerr informed me that I could not cancel without paying the cancellation fee because the three day cancellation period had expired. Moreover, the only way to cancel was to write a letter to corp HQ in Arizona. All information not disclosed during the pitch by Mr Shade Kerr. Mr Kerr's response to me was to say "This is like a gym membership. I cant help it if you don't know how those work." Complaints to the company have gone unanswered. 

This company is a fraud. They are being sued by Michigan's AG and they have terrible reviews everywhere. They stack their google reviews and point to those, but they are clearly stacking these reviews. This may be one of the most deceptive companies I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.
