Eco-Worthy Solar Zero customer service, poor quality products & refuse to replace faulty equipment. Missouri

I purchased 4 of their 20 amp hour batteries and found that their internal Battery Management Sytem completely cuts of the output power once the pattery hit 10 Volts. This completely defeats the point of buying lithium all together, because you basically have 3 usable volts before the batteries are dead. Lead acid does way way better than that. It also damages my solar charge controller when the batteries completely shut of the power to the charge controller and you have to jump the batteries in order to start the charge controller back up.

Jumping the Eco-Worthy crappy batteries is not good for them, and one of the four batteries I purchased failed and refused to take a charge. I contacted Eco-Worthy and asked for a full refund and they refused. The defective battery was still under warranty, Lawrence and Curtis said they would email me instructions to send the battery back and I have not been able to get a hold of them since.

These guys are a joke, their products are garbage, don't let the cheap price suck you in because they will absolutely GHOST you if you attempt to get products replaced UNDER WARRANTY. Huge disappointment!
