Renting from these people is an absolute disaster and total scam. 

Huge bug and ant infestation that they blamed on me "not being clean" before I even moved in! But of course once I paid out of my own pocket to professional pest control no more bugs/ants at all.

First time in my life I see a private 2 bedroom unit with a coin operated laundry. To make things worse it didn't even work for the 1st month and after they "fixed it" you have to pay 2x to run the same load so twice to wash and 2x to dry to get it throughly clean and dry. 

There was assigned parking but they park their own vehicles in your space so if you park in the driveway you get angry and rude text messages and phone calls about it.  

There is mold under half of the kitchen cabinets.

The rent includes the "Ohana" aka a side unit with "all utilities" including internet & cable. But what you get is a wifi extender/mesh that can't load a basic YouTube video without buffering and when you tell them about it they expect you to pay for your own internet now. No basic channels like TNT either. 

A privacy fence was supposed be up for the backyard but 3 months in and no sign of it. 

The home has solar panels and apparently cannot have the water heater properly set and the water goes from cold to scolding hot. After several attempts to fix it "unfortunately nothing else can be done".

There's a knob missing for the stove top and one of the burners doesn't work. The refrigerator door doesn't close properly and the bottom shelf in frig is missing a piece to hold it up. 

Save yourself the long term hassle of paying $2,100 and find another place.
