The Mold Removal Pros & Home Renovations LLC Shoddy and incomplete work North Lauderdale Florida

Edy Alvarado and the Mold Removal Pros and Home Renovations LLC were hired to do renovation work at my newly purchased home. The work was left incomplete and unfinished and the work that was done was not up to industry standards.

Edy Alvarado and his company were paid the full amount in the written contract, plus $600.00 for the addition of new baseboards.

Edy Alvarado and his company were given an opportunity to correct their shoddy work to bring it up to industry standard and to complete the work not done but steadfastly refused, without further cost to me and insisted much of the needed repairs were not for him to correct. 

He was combative in our interactions on text and then he chose to ignore responding to text, email, and a letter sent to him by an attorney regarding the above.

Estimates exceed $10,000.00 to correct the poor, sub-industry standard work, and to complete the work Edy and his company did not and will not finish.

Also, Edy had a poor attitude from the beginning. I would not recommend Edy and his company, as a result of my experience.
