EKETOOL CarCare Store (aliexpress) aliexpress.com/store/2133041 aliexpress EKETOOL shipped purchase item to wrong address and refuses to refund money

I purchased a scan tool from Eketool carcare company on September 7th and never received it. A few months passed and I contacted the seller (Eketool) and the person I spoke with named Dimsum Ping told me that package showed delivered. I told Dimsum that item was not delivered because if it was delivered we would not be having this conversation. So, I asked Dimsum to provide a shipping or tracking number which Dimsum did. I asked what shipper was used and Dimsum said DHL. So I track the package and find out that it was delivered to an address in Baton Rouge Louisiana. I live in Hawaii and the package was delivered to a totally different state that could be around 8,000 miles from Hawaii. I tell Dimsum that someone screwed up and shipped the item to the wrong address. They tell me that this is the address I provided, well Dimsum if you look at the invoice it is clearly stated with my billing address and shipping address and both addresses are in Hawaii. No address on my invoice showing Baton Rouge Lousiana, how you got the address in Baton Rouge is beyond me.  Anyhow, I asked Dimsum what will be done to get a replacement or a full refund. He tells me that they will get back to me soon. Months have gone by and no word from Dimsum. I send messages to Dimsum but no reply, I contact the company Aliexpress who handles disputes for Eketools and no luck with them as well. In fact they are sticking to the fact it was delivered, does not matter where it was delivered as long as it shows delivered. China is pissed off because of President Trump and now is just ripping off people in the United States every opportunity it has. I have been dealing with China Aliexpress for over 20 years never ever had issues with any of their sellers. Now for the past 4 years nothing but trouble. I want to say I blame trump but its Aliexpress and Eketools that make the decision to rip off the people that decided to do business with them not Trump. Anyhow, a warning to anyone or everyone who will choose to do business with Aliexpress or Eketools. Beware they will rip you off and it will be a disaster to get your money back, almost impossible.
