Complaint Review: Elarise -
Elarise Items cannot be returned and only method of communication is email
I ordered 4 items on 10/1. After 4 weeks, I contacted the company by email asking to cancel my order since I had not received it or any notice of shipping - of course, the response was that it went out that day. Once received, 2 of the 4 items are extremely off by size and I inquired about return address for refund. It took 3 emails and a bad review to get a response. Customer service asked for pictures of the items I wanted to return which is highly unusual and made me suspicious but I did provide them. The business response was that the items were in good shape and they would offer me $12. I paid $87 for the 2 items.
I try to research businesses before a purchase to make sure it is not coming from China since this is the typical experience and the add on Facebook, that took me to the site, looked like is made and shipped in the US. IT IS NOT. I hope to inform other consumers of all the issues and warn them to avoid doing business with this one or any of the other sites that looks similar (many of the photos seem to use the same model).
