Electro Supps ElectroKeto Stole $84.00 from my credit card Odessa Florida

4-11-20, I ordered ElectroKeto and ElectroCleanse for $4.99 as a trial. This was shipped 4-15-20.  I tried 2 days and then the MD advised me to stop and return.  Prior to returning the product, 4-30-20 I discovered they took $84.00 from my credit card.  I sent an email that this was being returned.  This was sent 4-30-20. I was instructed to put 2DEA7C91A4E8 on the outside of the box. I did.  Unfortunately, I lost the trackiing number. This was sent from the post office in North Port, Fl. on Tamiami.  I contacted the company. No tracking number, no credit. They had to have received this but would not look and hung up- times two. I contacted Navy Federal Credit Union to dispute.  I then contacted the USPS and was assigned #8609144 to locate tracking number.  

Today, I again tried with USPS- a week later and they don't know how to locate.  This was sent the first week of May 20 from Gail Kujawski, 234 Vistoria Dr. North Port, Fl. 34287 and addressed to Electro Supps, 4737 Mile Stretch Suite #3366, Holiday, Fl. 34692.  This was the shipping slip included with package.  

In summary, they have their product, and "stole" $84.00 from my account.  I may be out this amount of money but please warn others.  It's a scam.
