Elez Dabi needs to Improve Workplace Environment and Address Concerning Behavior Staten Island NY

I am writing to express a concern regarding the behavior of Elez Dabi in the workplace. While I understand that everyone has different work styles, I believe that certain actions, such as claiming specific areas as personal territory and exhibiting preferential treatment towards colleagues who share his language, and therfore racial influence and domination in the industry, can create a negative and unproductive work environment by Elez Dabi. 

I suggest that Elez Dabi and others promote a more inclusive and collaborative atmosphere by encouraging open communication, respecting personal space, and fostering a sense of shared ownership of the workspace. By addressing these issues, we can create a more harmonious and efficient workplace for everyone.
