Ella Bay Logistics, LLC is the most unethical business you will ever encounter. They run this half a*s. It's the blind leading the blind. Please, be aware that Tom Smith, Wes Smith, Shauna Fernandez in the FL office have no clue about freight brokering or anything in Transportation. They have hired Trent Flanary to do their dirty work.

Trent Flanary is cutthroat corporate where he views everything as a number. He will give you his sales pitch of how he ran freight quote lol. Listen, if freight quote was run by this man, the company must have been a disaster, due to Trent's lack of communication skills and ability to actually take control and do something. There are two types of people. The talkers, and the doers. Trent Flanary hands down is the talker.

He shows up around 11 AM, runs some reports for Tom and out the door around 1 PM. Hard work at its finest. Trent will give you all the talk about how logistics is run lol but you will notice how Trent will shoot you an email about something that you were just in his office going over or you had an office meeting on LOL the man is shot.

Please, be aware any account you bring on or hired with them will be taken down to the FL office where they can screw it all up and lose your client, along with your not getting paid on it.

They also talk all day long about their assets. They have 10 broke down trucks ran by the owner's son. Wes Smith. Now this department is even worse. Tom Smith will tell you they have a fleet of 100 and trucks everywhere LOL. Crock of sh*t.

You will notice how they have 15 cubicles that are still empty. The office in Charlotte, NC has been open for two years. You will get the hint. Take a look in their software. You will notice tons of names/old employees that are no longer there. The office is a run of the mill, chop shop.

They will hire anyone. If you do decide to join this group. Make sure you are making 75K-100K salary. Thats what their paying other people. The flash money in your face. They bring you on, steal your account and repeat the process.

Their truck score is in the red. They haven't killed anyone yet.
