Elmington Property Management, LLC 8200 McCrory Apartments Collect application fees. I have not been contact. But they have set me up an account on their apartment portal as if I have agreed to a contract with this apartment complex. I've left several messages and now every time you call the phone just hangs up on you. Nashville Tennessee

Hi! 

I'm looking for help due to I paid an application fee of $25. Your team seem to have set me up online and has labeled the account unit unassigned. I have not been contacted by anyone or mailed any type of information as to when can I tour the property or what is the next step. This has been since January 2024. I called the number at one point and left a message. No one has bothered to return my call's. Now when I call the line just hangs up. I don't know if you're aware of your reviews but this seems to be an ongoing problem with a lot of other people not just myself. This office is having people apply and pay an application fee with no communication afterwards. I'm not aware if you are aware that this is going on so I'm giving you a heads up. I need to have some form of communication. Without that communication my next step will be to report this to the Internet Crime Complaint Center which is ran by the FBI. Your company has 3 days to respond to this email. The amount of reviews stating how they are taking money online and not providing a service. This will not go well for your company.
