eloanWarehouse Offered a settlement which on the documents only owed 2 payments but asked to pay 2 payments at a much lower price. WI Hayward

EloanWarehouse attempted to take a total of $396.00 from my account on 11/10/23 when we set the agreement for $90 a month until February 2024. Then get caught in a lie verified by the Teller that the money was in the account but tried taking additional amount. Yesterday an account rep said ok lets take it now after being caught in a lie about the money  not being in my acount on Friday 11/10/23  when in fact I can show you a screenshot of the money being in my account,   I told her.   But went ahead and tripple  charged me an additional $800 dollars and now they are attempting to take this amount from my account on payday. Who in this world got $800 extra to give to someone. because they lied and said the money wasnt in their. The bank says this is such an outright trick , as if the banks can't tell a transaction trying to come through. I only borrowed $491 in August 2023,  and paid back so far $492 but got a nerve to triple charge which infact is robbery. I do see the recent reviews and complaints submitted, very angry customers and a law binding  class action law suit being defendants of skirt state interest rate caps by fraudulently posing as an online payday lending business run by a Native America tribe.  I was told to file NC department of Justice for illegally conducting business in this State as well as FTC. These people need to be shut down.
