I contacted The Rutten Law Firm for an employment law matter. I was assigned an associate attorney by the name of Elvira Kamosko to handle my case. This is when the nightmares began. First off this attorney was rude and pushy about everything and demanded that I only pay her in cash. I later found out Elvira was taking cash payments from me and not reporting it to her firm at all. I NEVER HAD TO PAY! Elvira made me believe had to pay her. Making this worse was having to deal with Elvira Kamosko and her intoxicated behavior, this woman was always under the influence of alcohol or narcotics of some kind.

I could smell it on her breath and clothes. I am curently presuing a state bar complaint about this attorney and her firm. I was robbed and cheated and now I no longer trust attorneys and am seeking therapy from this abuse. Steer clear.
