The website NEVER works. You can't contact anyone. The online chat is always offline with no ability to leave a message. The contact forms on the website don't work. No customer service contact information except for an email address that never responds.
90% of the time, you can't log into your account. The other 10%, the website "times out" while attempting to use the service, or in the very rare you are able to utilize the service, it provides grossly inaccuate results. This is a complete scam of a company. This is just some tech wannabe's low budget website. Total data grab. If they offered this service for free, you would still be overpaying. Low quality company that has no business being in business. You're better offer just letting emails bounce, TBH. They're going to anyway if you go off Email Verifier Online results. Mights as well save the time, money, and annoyance and just blow your domain up for free.
