Emlaina Doanh vu Quang DID NOT HONOR THEIR "NO RISK, 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" PENINSULA SHOPPING COMPLEX

HUGE WARNING!!  Do NOT order anything from Emlaina (or Doanh vu Quang).  They absolutely DO NOT HONOR their promise of 100% Guarantee, No Risk!  On their on-line site, it clearly states as follows:

 "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:  We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you are not satisfsied with the goods received, notify us within 15 days after receipt, and we will give you the best help! Please don't worry! Buying online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolutely ZERO risk in buying something from us. If you don't like it, we'll make it right...It's our promise!"

Forgive my language, but that is total BullS#%!!!  I attempted (and wrote to their customer service 4 times) to exchange the size I received.  Sizing charts are not always accurate, but that shouldn't be an excuse.  In looking back at my order, I had mistakenly marked the wrong size. 

This company has no sympathy for any "mistake". If you order incorrectly, or simply were mistaken and ordered something a bit too large or too small, you are out of luck. 

They will NOT give exchanges or refunds on anything that wasn't their fault.  They say "we sent you what you ordered; thus we cannot accept a refund or a return."

All of my requests for an "exchange" for the corrected size were rejected.  I wasn't even asking for a refund!  And I was willing to pay for the shipping to return the incorrect sizes.

I had ordered 2 pair of seamed front wide-leg jeans (one indigo; one white) and paid $79.99. I was obviously "not 100% satisfied" and I sent my request for an exchange within 3 days of receipt of my items, and they refused to honor their promise, as promised!!  And now I'm simply out the money.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.  EMLAINA IS WHAT I CONSIDER A SCAM!  They don't even deserve the "ONE-STAR" rating I gave them.  They deserve a big fat ZERO!

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS...YOU WILL BE SORRY! (Just like me.)  :(
