This Ripoff Report concerns Endeavor Real Estate Group, a prominent Austin-based development firm and ownership entity behind Citizen House Blue Bluff (Austin, TX). I am a female veteran with PTSD who has lived alone in a unit at this property since 2024. For nearly eleven months, I have experienced unresolved health and safety violations—specifically, persistent noise disturbances, failure to implement a working security escalation process, and complete disregard for a valid disability accommodation request under the Fair Housing Act.

After exhausting efforts with the Greystar property management team, I filed a formal HUD housing discrimination complaint on June 15, 2025. I then notified Endeavor directly by email on June 23 and sent a certified letter on June 24 to their executive office addressed to co-founder and registered agent A. Bryce Miller. That letter was signed for on June 30, confirming receipt.

Despite this, Endeavor never responded, never intervened, and never acknowledged my request. Their silence has directly contributed to the ongoing harm and instability I’ve experienced in my home.

To make matters worse, on June 25, I received a hostile and dismissive letter from Greystar’s legal counsel, mischaracterizing my request for accommodation as a structural modification and stating I could pay out of pocket to soundproof the unit myself. The letter ignored federal housing law and concluded with, “I believe that this puts this matter to rest.” That is not compliance—it is retaliation and denial.

I responded the same day, citing legal precedent and providing a deadline of July 10 for formal response. As of this report, no reply has been received.

I have since:

  • Filed a Small Claims lawsuit, which has been formally accepted and is pending in Travis County

  • Filed a police report with Austin PD regarding a stolen package confirmed missing on the property’s own surveillance footage

  • Uploaded multiple videos of disturbances and management failures to a dedicated YouTube channel, linked below

This is no longer a single-property dispute. It is a matter of ownership-level accountability, disregard for disability rights, and systemic failure. Endeavor had full notice, full opportunity to respond, and every chance to act in good faith. They chose silence.

If you are considering living in, investing in, or partnering with Endeavor Real Estate Group, I strongly recommend reviewing this documentation first (I continue to upload as I have time).
