dear consumers,

I have asked Endurance Warranty company several times to tell me how much I would get in rebate if I cancel my policy. they have refused to give me an amount, Saying "I must cancel first."  totally false.

Under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 90 section 7N  they must give you an answer upon request...  How can a  consumer make an informed decision without all the facts?

Another good reason not to buy from them is they don't tell you everything about the warranty you buying or put anything on their website.. They had a few weasel clauses in their contract.  then when you make a claim their answer is "You should have read your contract"

How many people read their warranty contracts besides lawyers or people in the business? i am willing to say  99% of people don t read their contracts. They have many opportunities to tell the consumer everything they need to know, about the weasel clauses in their warranty at the time of selling and on their website.  but they don't

I will not buy anything from these guys again and I suggest that you don't either.

Fool me once shame on you

Fool me twice shame on me.

 Now you know

Sincerely

Now There's a STUPID Excuse!

AUTHOR: Irv - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 27, 2023

Anybody with half a brain and COMMON SENSE wants to know what they are getting into before they obligate themselves. I mean, just how much intelligence and common sense does THAT require? What you are admitting to the world is YOU didn't even bother to READ what YOU were obligation yourself to BEFORE you agreed to it!!! Impressive! Then when something goes wrong, you cry, whine, stomp your feet and wail because YOU don't have the basic common sense to READ the contract. You then come here to blame then when YOU could have avoided all this by YOU reading what YOU were obligating yourself to. You didn't sign the TV screen or the sales person's tongue. YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT. Do yourself a favor....go out and find some COMMON SENSE and no, I don't work for them.
