Here is one of the current court cases against them. This case alone started in 2017. These people have hundreds of hundreds of claims against them for warranty fraud, lying about mileage on transmissions and engines along with selling faulty broken engines and transmissions. Not covering the so called warranty at all which leaves you to pay a second install with repairs to your vehicle. The warranty they display is worded in such a way to confuse everyone and makes it so they pay nothing to repair their faulty engines and transmissions. The case against them in WI is still active today Feb 2020 with more updates for June 2020 and going probably even further.

You will receive a response and probably be asked for more documents and such. I know about this due to being ripped off by Engine & Transmission World LLC under the named site of gottransmissions.com Jan-Feb 2020 and I have filed a complaint with the DOJ in WI.
