Eniascthus.com Received damaged rolling cooking baskets Xiangyang Hubei

Purchased four rolling cooking baskets. Said they were made in the USA, but in fact they are made in China! All four were received damaged. I contacted them and sent pictures per their request. Their response was they would only replace two. They said the other two could be bent back into shape. I replied and suggested whoever reviewed the photos that it was probably time for an eye exam. All four were severely bent up and i told them i paid for new, undamaged products. Their response? We're sorry, we will try to do better. No offer to refund the money and certainly not going to replace obviously damaged merchandise. Not sure what they expected when each basket is packaged in a flimsy box and then they send all four in a shipping bag! Idiots. These are not honorable people. Buyer beware!
