Was hired to remove old electrical panel and replace with new one. Long story short,he's a great story teller.  Not having ever hired an electrician before, I trusted him. It began with him replacing some outlets inside my home, then I asked if he could replace my very old electrical panel.  I then gave him money to start the job, order the parts, get a city permit to do the work. I believed him.

Then came more delays, and promises to finish the job or to fully reimburse.  I have filed a report with the Contractors State License Board, Visalia District Attorney  Office, Tulare Police Department and will continue to follow through so that no one else gets ripped off or worse find their house in flames because he IS NOT LICENSED. He's a good talker but bullsXXt walks and hopefully he will soon be walking the halls of a jail cell or prison.  I even went to his mothers house as that is the address he gave when he cashed my check.

DO NOT HIRE THIS LIAR TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU.  YOU WILL BE ENDANGERING YOUR HOME. & nbsp; Look at all social media, he has stolen pictures of work he has done, NOT HIS WORK.  FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY  OFFICE AND YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT, BLAST HIM ON SOCIAL MEDIA.  HE' S A FRAUD!!!!
