Erick Moore Falsely mislead us to believe he had capital in place for funding a project Internet

Our company engaged with Erick Moore and his company, emhcinvest.com, to raise capital for an oil and gas project. We initially sent funds for a bond to a shell company he controlled. We never received any evidence that a bond was created. Nonetheless, Erick continued to assure us that the funding was imminent, so we continued spending money on preparation and payroll.

Erick Moore was very elusive and difficult to contact. His "offices" in Houston and Atlanta were nothing more than UPS mailboxes. Despite this, he would call and claim that the funding was in progress.

Eventually, we received an escrow agreement from a deceased employee who had previously worked at emhcinvest.com. The agreement was signed and returned, but it was never countersigned on their end. I sent multiple emails and texts with no response. Both Erick Moore and his assistant, Tamia Lucas, were fully aware that we were continuing to spend money based on their commitment to provide funding.

Erick tries to present himself as a man of integrity, but it's not what people say that matters—it's their actions that reveal the truth. Do not engage with Erick Moore or any of his affiliated companies. You will waste your time and money.
