I was going through divorce with my husband. We've being married for 10 years and have 2 kids 3 and 6 years old. I was staying home with the kids and taking care of the house. My husband owns a lot of real estate in Boropark and has real estate company. After a violent incident I recieved an order of protectionn and filed for divorce.

The divorce lasted over a year. My husband was granted visiting rights: every other weekend he could take kids Friday before shabbat and drop them off Sunday night. While at his house the kids were supervised by the housekeeper. The kids didn't like her. I was fiting to get full custody, but my husband could visit the kids and take them out.

The Judge , Esther Morgenstern, was very clear on my husband's side. She woudl interrupt my attorney, wouldnt let my attorney explain the situation. I requested an independent evaluation for the kids as they did not want to stay with their dad.

At the end my husband was granted full custody and I could visit the kids. It was traumatizing for me and my kids. I tried to appeal, file a complaint but no use. Unofficially I was told that Hon Morgenstern is known for being unfair and corrupted. There are multiple compains filed against her but she is still ruining the lives. She is bias and corrupted.
