Mr Evan Luthra was advertising the sale of medical equipment / PPE, on his Instagram page, I received this link from a business associate. After reaseaching online about him and his company I contacted him via the phone number listed on his website.

Evan Luthra sent me an inventory of the stock he had, the logos and email he used were from a company called Audra Health Tech based in India. I did not think anything was wrong at that stage. We discussed payment terms and I offered to issue a SBLC from Deutche Bank. He informed me that India was now in quarentine and that his bank could not accept this. He duly offered his lawyer to act as feduciary or escrow as he called it. I signed all the documents and wired the money as he requested.

After 3 days passed I received a DHL tracking number, which I found odd as he should have given me the bill of lading as requested and written into the contract I signed with his lawyer. I proceeded to verify the number which was given. After checking the description of the item held by DHL, I noticed the weight varied (was not the correct weight to send 20,000 face masks) I contacted Dr Evan Luthra and he told me it was a clerical error and he will furnish me with the correct details soon. The following day a DHL delivery man arrived at my office holding an envelope, I accepted and opened the package. To my confusion the envelope contained a receipt and one N95 mask. I called Evan Luthra he did not respond. I then proceeded to call the lawyer who issued me with the escow contracts, the number was disconnected.

To this day I cannot get hold of Dr Evan Luthra or anyone at Audra Health Tech. I have not received what I paid for nor have I received a refund.

I am writing this article to inform the general public of this person. He is a fraud and should be avoided at all cost.

Narcissistic Child

AUTHOR: Roman - (Ukraine)

POSTED: Thursday, April 16, 2020

I have read all of the comments above and would like to add my 2 Cents to the argument. I have met Mr Luthra in Ukraine in 2017. He seemed from the offset a nice boy. I say this intentionally, not a man but a boy. While engaging in conversation with him, he had little or no knowledge on how block chain technology worked, rather awkwardly avoiding complex questions by giving generic answers, which could be easily found with a click of a button in Google search.

He had no knowledge regarding the subject in which he received a doctorate degree. Albeit the degree in question is more a novelty than an accreditation. One thing which struck me as odd, he was wearing a Richard Mille RM052, this watch is limited to 15 pieces and retails at $500k. As an avid watch collector I complemented him on acquiring such a piece and duly asked if I could look.

He then stuttered and pulled his sleeve over the timepiece. As he did so I noticed that the sleeve was frayed, which then drew my attention to what he was wearing. I'm not a expert, but his clothes were branded but looked cheap and worn. I came to the conclusion they were fake. The supposed lawyer who wrote in defense of Mr Luthra made several claims.

I am inclined to believe this is actually Luthra, I came to this conclusion for two reasons. Indian companies with GST certification cannot Bank offshore. Secondly, the narcissist way in which the rebuttal was written, I mean come on. A lawyer would stick to the point. The articles which he referred to are paid for. Also more than 100 million masks, I'll let the readers draw their conclusions. Good luck all stay safe and avoid trouble.

Fake Report without any proof of substance about an accomplished individual!

AUTHOR: Preeti - (India)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 15, 2020

I am the legal counsel for Dr Evan Singh Luthra.
This report is completely false without any substance. Its a defamation attemept by one of the many millions of people who follow Dr Luthra on various social media network.
There is no proof, no contracts, no DHL numbers nothing.

Dr Luthra and Audra Health Tech have done deals in excess of $10 Million USD with Letters of Credit, with no risk to the buyer. Audra Health Tech also is banking in Singapore not in India as this fake report claims.

If there was any proof, they would have attached it and not just attached Dr Luthra instagram photos. The report claims his lawyers did not reply, i am one of his many lawyers and am writing this response
We ask the person and this website to post any actual proof instead of just talk. Please keep your response limited to the scope of this report by providing the escrow contracts you claimed you signed.

Dr. Luthra has never done any deals for under 100,000 masks and has shipped over 100 Million masks during the Covid19 Pandemic helping save millions of lives. You can read about his service and reccomendations form major charities and governments on his Linkedin and Instagram.

Dr Luthra is a very accomplished individual and  public figure with a lot of companies and business to show for his success. Reccomended by leading entities and organizations such as Forbes, Google, Apple, Entrepreneur and many more.

That said,
Please do your own research before doing business wtih anyone on the internet.
