Event Tickets Center Price gouging, no refunds.

There is no scam. The delivery date is 3 months away. The seller has not violated any of the policies that you listed.

Your complaint about the cost is a classic case of buyer's remorse.
 
"guaruntee" is not a word.

They puport to offer a "100% guaruntee" but make it impossible, unless you are willing to miss the show. The tickets I supposedly purchased will not be availible to see until the day prior to the event. From thier Website:

At this point I spent almost $600 and have no tickets and will not know where my seats are or if I even have tickets until it is way to late to do anything about it. I already bought real tickets from the venue, which cost a bit over $300 (speaking to the price gouging). This scam company has not delivered a product but took my money. I stand by my report.

You made a false allegation of a scam against Event Tickets Center. Their policies are clear and up front. You are suffering from a case of buyer's remorse.
