Purchased concert tickets for Jason Aldean for Sept. 24, 2022 and when I tried to download the tickets, I was directed to ticket master site which stated the below. Pardon the Interruption As you were browsing something about your browser made us think you were a bot.

There are a few reasons this might happen: You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed. You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript is preventing JavaScript from running.

Tried to go directly to the ticket master site to login and I tried forgot password so they would send me a reset password email. My husband also tried with his email. Never received an email which means we do not have an account.

The receipt for the tickets purchased was sent to husbands email. Husband contacted them and was told tickets were downloaded to a different email address but they couldn't tell him what email address.

This company is fraudulent, they should be dealt with. They should be made to return our money!
