Evonne Williams is the owner of MAKA SIL CLS and her company does not offer quality care. This past Christmas, my aunt prepared dinner for a loved one who is a resident in one of her homes. Williams calls at the last minute for fear of the Omicron variant. Additionally, her company closed a group home in Romulus due to issues with patient care.

This woman will not only raise the rent each year for "cost of living"- but ask for additional monies for outings. Did you know that she and her staff will talk garbage about the guardians with whom have loved ones in her homes? Also... additional funds are required to keep your loved one in one of her homes.

Where are you taking mentally ill people during a pandemic? Her staff members are the picture of "ghetto a*s people"... they are rude, disrespectful, and just horrible to work with. Ms. Williams, social security checks may increase each year -but that doesn't mean you need to take more and more each year while offering less as well as poor communication. Did you know that inflation hits everyone? Did you know that food prices are in the rise?

Did you know that SS  checks are used to pay for more than your vacations to the Bahamas or Jamacia? Perhaps you need to rethink your entire business and close down. We are ALL going through things and you do not make life easier. I feel sorry for all of the people who have loved ones in one of her homes. Please take your loved one somewhere else or just try to take care of your loved one on your own. MAKA is NOT the place for quality care!
