EVPAIN Gogeoustore I ordered flame garden torches and they sent me useless light bulbs.

We ordered 2 set of 4 pcs. Solar Flame Torch when we proceed with the order and click order submit button the next page just said thank you. We did not get an email confirmation or Order or Invoice ID of any kind. For a while I thought the order did not went through.

There was no email correspondence no tracking number. There was no Phone Number and the email address bounce back -Does not work error message- “undeliverable”. Then there were 2 charges on my bank account on March 15, 2019 that Company EVPAIN London for $59.94 + there's was another charge of $1.80. Again, there were no contact info and email address I can contact. I tried logging in their website but none of our email work we could not log in at all or see if we order anything in their system.

We then receive 6 useless light bulbs in the mail. We did not even bother checking the light bulbs if they work or not because we have no use for them. There were in a box with no return address.

Again, we don’t know what to do. The email info@evpain.store  does not work I was able to get their other email address from other customer who complain about their business scam practices from Facebook. Beware of Jessie, Breece, or Lucy they are a scam.

Jessie block me from messaging here and I finally were able to email Lucy who now wants me to pay another $76 so she can send me the torches or I lose the money they already took out of my account. This company refuse to refund my money and give me a return mailing address to return their useless light bulbs!

There was no guarantee that they will actually mail me the right ones if I give her the $76 and they will still not refund me anything. So basically, TRY Again and Order hopefully they will get it right the 2nd. time but no guaranty. What a scammer these people and I totally despise and disapprove of their business practices. This whole situation makes me mad.
