I ordered a pair of Merrill shoes and a pair of shorts from their web site. I received a confirmation email on August 1st, with the description of the merchandise and photos used on their website to advertise their merchandise. I received subsequent shipping and out for delivery emails on August 10th and 25th. When I received the shipment the shoes were not Merrill. They were a cheap knock-off that I wouldn't pay $5 for at the dollar store, and they didn't look like the shoes I ordered.
The shorts were too small, and I had been careful to use their sizing chart. When I went back to their website to search for contact information I only found email address: ewanticshop@outlook.com for customer service, and lp@whosebilling.com for intellectual property rights complaints (both of which I suspect to be fraudulent). Since this was shipped via US mail and over the internet, wouldn't this fall under wire fraud? Let alone the bait and switch for the merchandise. I have sent emails to the two addresses above with no response.

PO Box 6368 Rosemead, California is now the company Will Will (also known a Zizle a Chinese company)! Never do business with non American made product. They sold car scratch remover for 20 dollars that is just a paste of baking soda and their scratch removal spray is scented water! Nothing but water! The idiots even listed only ingredient...water! I paid 47 dollars to wait over a month for crap items! They are scammers! Never buy from China.
