My name is Melissa Sellinger PharmD. In 2019 I was sexually assaulted by both founders of a nascent start-up that I created named Exocelbio LLC, A California corporation, run by Alex Contreras and Ray Jayashankar. I was then coerced by Contreras, Jayashankar, Jillian Vogel, Michael Berg, Phil Waldstreicher, and the head of La Vita compounding pharmacy, Deb Hubers, to assist them as Quality Control Director, to create a clone of my former employer's business and manufacturing processes. After hiring me to hand over confidential production protocols, develop a production schema, and provide client lists, I was ignored, defamed, and ultimately abandoned. To this date, exocelbio has generated over 20 million dollars of earnings off of lies and illegally compounded products with no quality control.

While Jayashankar and Contreras work for Deloitte Touche and Accenture, my life has been ruined and my contributions ignored. I refuse to sit by and allow this type of sexual manipulation, and promises of success to be enjoyed by people of this caliber.
