I was a repetitive customer, I specifically said please redo my flyers at a higher quantity. Once it was finished and 1 month late. They gave me the wrong product (quality of paper). And Eduardo didn’t want to fix the problem just kept asking me more money because he needed to reprint. Stated HIS employee didn’t specify paper weight. How is that my fault, when they have my file and everything in their computer. After several several attempts I am finally taking him to court if he doesn’t refund my money. He kept stating he is not scared of any government or law officials. So today I called and made a THEFT Police report. No one should go through this hassle, and no business with no morals should NOT be able to do business with the public with this mentality and character. STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. 

He always puts employees up front to screen all his calls so he doesn’t have to deal with so many complaints.
