Exstream Clean Chris Hadsall Owner will not pay for damages caused by negligence and tried to scam me by changing terms on website after service to try to avoid responsibility Oswego Illinois

Chemicals left permanent bleach spots on my home and owner is a scam artist.

I hired Exstream Clean on 3/23/2021 to soft wash my home for $265.  The owner is also the person who performs the service.  He showed up to clean my house with a soft wash solution.  I had a beautiful, brand new front door and told him he could not clean it.  He said "no problem".   He took no precautions and splashed his cleaning solution all over the door, causing hundreds of bleach spots across the entire face of the door.  Initially he took responsibility and apologized, so I was relieved.

 But when he found out the cost of the damages from the door manufacturer ($2,200), he showed his true colors.  He tried to ignore me for a couple weeks.  Then he agreed to file the claim with his insurance company, only to come back and tell me the deductible was too high so he wouldn't do it. THEN he changed the terms on his website to try to say he didn't have to pay for the damage because of the cost (I had taken a screenshot of his terms prior to him changing it so I was able to prove he was lying).  

In addition to his negligence that caused the damage to my front door, his solution left a spotty film all over my gutters.  I have read other reviews from people who experienced this as well.  All he had to do was fix the damage, accidents happen, but instead he turned shady.
