Eye Center of North Florida Took payment and never delivered glasses. Panama City Florida

My eye exam was done in May and I placed an order for glasses. Since then, this business has promised delivery over and over and the one time they did actually produce a pair of glasses, they had filled the wrong prescription. The glasses were returned the first of Sept. to be sent back off and once again, three to four weeks.

We called Nov. 1 because we had heard nothing. We were told the glasses werent back yet but should be in a few weeks since they were only sent out on Oct. 21.  Seven weeks.  My glasses I had paid for in full sat in their office for seven weeks before they could be bothered to actually send them off. This business is dishonest and incompetent. They took my money and have not produced in five months and counting what I was promised in three to four weeks.
