Had to file a Police Report for Harassment from employees I had a horrible experience with the people who work at this facility extremely unprofessional, rude, bullies, tacky, criminal mentality, low vibrational, ghetto people work here. I had a horrible experience with the people who work at this facility extremely unprofessional, rude, bullies, tacky, criminal mentality, low vibrational, ghetto people work here. I was even forced to file a police report due to being harassed by several employees or family members of the salon owners. I tried to get a walk in appointment on Thursday July 30, 2020 I was told to come back the following day between 10am-3pm. I believe but I’m not for sure that the lady that was going to arch my eyebrows goes by the name Melissa.

I text her the following day between 10am-3pm. I asked her what is the price for eyebrow arching she said $20. I asked did she accept credit cards or cash app and she said "no”. I've been getting eyebrow arching for a while and the standard rates are $8-$15 depending on the eyebrow archer. Even tho the artist was charging me well over standard rates, I would have been willing to utilize her services if she accepted Cash app or credit cards.

I told her that her prices we’re to high and she didn’t accept cash app or credit cards so I wasn’t interested in her service. I am a very direct person. That’s just me. =) I’m assuming that the directness of me stating not being interested due to her prices and non competitive payment acceptance offend her. I later received malicious text messages from her and several of Melissa's family members. I was called names such as b***h, h*e, etc from several different numbers that I blocked. Melissa also called me with verbal threats.Not only did they harass me they also harassed the person that referred me. I’ve never had such a horrific experience with a Salon. It’s very unfortunate that I’ve had to file a police report and was harassed Because I didn’t want to utilize her services.

As a consumer I have every right to say why I don’t want to do business. As a business owner myself, I would appreciate if my potential clients informed me why they choose to go in another direction because maybe I might learn something I need to work on. I would never treat a potential client with such malice. I should be able to ask for service without threats harassment, name-calling, and worrying about the safety of myself and the people who referred me.

I will continue to share my story on other platforms. These people or monsters and real Clowns. It's unfortunate I had to get the cops involved. This was a complete nightmare and I don't lay down and take disrespect. Don't do business here it's not Safe!
