The website claims to be located in Callabassas California and sells sunglasses that are "Made in America" but they are clearly made in China, they even shipped FROM China, and I'm willing to bet they are located in China.
I tried to cancel the order when I realized it was being shipped from China, and they told me they couldn't cancel the order.
I received the sunglasses yesterday (it took 4 weeks) and they are very low quality, poorly designed and total garbage. I paid $35 each because I thought I was buying American made quality sunglasses, but they are complete and total crap.
Do not buy anything from this website, very shady and bad quality overpriced items.

Clever Title = False Advertising

The seller claims this was just the name of the product, but they admitted that the title is misleading, yet they refuse to change it. When you place "Made in America" in the title of an online product, the buyer assumes that the product is made in the USA.
To make matters worse, they also refused to send me a return label, even after acknowledging that the product listing was "misleading". In addition, the product did not look like the sunglasses pictured on the website, and they were very poor quality, especially for the price they were charging. I was charged a premuim price for a generic product.
If they had accepted my return, then I might buy their story, but seeing how they made it almost impossible for me to return it, I have to assume that their misleading title and inflated price was intentional.

We can see how confusing the choice for this product title may have been. It is actually a reference to the fact that the original aviators were made for American pilots in the 40's. If you look at our website most if not all the items have a, what we consider, a clever title of the style in quotations.
For example:
Men's Double Bridge Round Plastic 'Secret Ops' Polarized Sunglasses with Side Shields
Unisex Rectangular 'Booze' Polarized Alloy Sunglasses
Men's 'Game On' Polarized Metal Semi Rimless Sunglasses
The "Made In America" styled sunglasses have been renamed to now be "1940's Classic" so that there is no further confusion.
Yes, we do have manufacturers in Asia but if you simply search for it you will see bigger brands like Ray Ban are also made in China and Italy. Even brands like Oakley only have their designs and engineering teams in the US but since 2007 actual manufacturing takes place in China and Italy.
We, like many of these other mentioned brands, were started and operate in the US but we too chose Asian countries for manufacturing to offer the best possible value. I hope this helps clear up why you may have thought that because we are based in the US like Ray Ban or Oakley that our products would be manufactured here as well.
Unfortunately, very little is still manufactured in the US. Even Ford opened a manufacturing plant in Mexico where all of the new Bronco Sports are being made.
