Fabletics now has a class action suit filed against them for doing to others what they did to me.

They charged me $59.95 for a "VIP Membership" which I didn't sign up for. They would not refund this, even though they claim they did, but I have all the receipts to prove they did NOT refundthuis fraudulent charge.

I had to file a "Dispute Affidavit" with my bank, and my bank had to investigate it, and then my bank refunded me the $59.95.

At no time did Fabletics ever offer to refund this $59.95, and yet, at the Better Business Bureau website, they claim they did in their reply to my complaint there.

This practice of charging a customer $59.95 for a "VIP Membership" has got to stop. It is deceitful and a deceptive business practice. Double-dealing, fraud, subterfuge, and trickery. It's why they're being sued in a class action case.
