Fahad Sultan is an online cyberstalker and cyberharasser troll who goes around stalking and harassing random women (and men) because he is apparently a closeted homosexual Muslim, and this means that his dad beats his a*s quite a lot, therefore he has a lot of pent up anger (and sexual frustration).

Plus, whenever he goes to the Mosque, other Muslims stay away from him for fear of catching AIDS as everyone knows that he takes it in the a*s.

Perhaps he does not know that his behavior violates N.Y. Penal Law §§ 120.45, 120.50, 120.55, and 120.60, as well as  N.Y. Penal Law §§ 156.05.

Under 18 U.S.C. 875(c), 47 U.S.C. 223, or 18 U.S.C. 2261A, it is also a federal crime, punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
