Highly unprofessional, their site is very confusing, they try to sell you so many things. And they send you so many emails that it's confusing. I accidentally did a duplicate purchase because I did not receive the template that was promised or if they did provided they had provided so many emails that you couldn't find it. They then refused to do the work that I had paid them to do because I accidentally duplicated a purchase and they complain that they have to pay a small fee when they return the money. Boo-h*o they're very unprofessional I highly recommend that you don't deal with people that are this condescending, And will be destructive towards you because they have a confusing site and somebody gets confused.
