On my Facebook wall there was an advertisement for a squirrel proof bird feeder that had a mechanical spinner on the bottom that threw off a squirrel if it got on the feeder. What I received was a cheap plastic bird feeder with no mechanical spinner. The feeder is so weak that with one finger you can bend and break it. A bird landing on it would cause it to fall apart, it's so thin. I contacted the company the day I received it. They said they had a no-return policy and could refund me 10% of the price paid. I said that was not what I wanted (a full refund).

They suggested that if I sent it back the postage would be more than the value of the product (going to China from the US). After several back and forth emails and them not wanting to cooperate, I finally filed with my credit card company who then reimbursed me. I found several other stories online about others that went thru the same thing I did with this company.
